TRIAXLE DUMP TRUCK DRIVERS
We are looking to hire experienced Triaxle Dump Truck Drivers based out of our Harleysville, PA location. Drivers will travel throughout New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Working schedules may include evenings and weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates vehicle in accordance with Mount Materials’ rules, OSHA and DOT requirements as well as all local, municipal, state, and federal laws.
- Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment and documents checks on standard DVIR.
- Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service related issues to Dispatch.
- Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings required by Mount Materials.
- Assists other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.
- Performs all duties as scheduled by Dispatch.
Qualification/Requirements:
- Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check
- Able to safely climb in and out of the dump truck body and to remove materials that are left behind in the body
- Able to stand and/or sit for prolonged periods
- Able to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
- Proficient using GPS and other routing systems
- 3+ years' experience driving Triaxle
- Roll Off experience, a plus!
- Low Boy experience, a plus!
- Valid Class A or B CDL required
- Clean driving record with no moving violations within last 5 years
- Able to work evenings and weekends

Construction Mechanic
We are currently seeking a Construction Mechanic. The position requires a self-starter who can troubleshoot problems and identify issues and available to work nights and weekends at our Mount Materials site in Morrisville, PA and our quarry in Harleysville, PA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Comply with company safety policies and practices
Experience working at heights and outdoors in all types of weather
Create parts list and prioritize repairs according to demand and schedule
Evaluate and document repairs, system problems and perform preventative maintenance
Keep Crusher Operator/Foreman and Materials Superintendent apprised of repairs
Gather and record machine information at regular intervals to monitor performance
Escalate solving technical problems by communicating with the Materials Superintendent or Crusher Operator/Foreman
Handle problems in a professional manner during difficult high-pressure situations
Establish preventative maintenance schedules according to company specifications
Compliance with OSHA Crystalline Silica Rule regulations and procedures
Qualification/requirements:
3 years of experience operating, repairing, and maintaining mobile crushers, screens and diesel engines
Able to run excavators, loaders, backhoes, skid steers, etc.
Welding and fabrication experience, a plus!
Logical trouble shooting skills and capabilities to isolate and attack problems
Must hold a valid Driver's License, CDL a plus!
Available to work weekends and varying schedule to accommodate business needs

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the project from commencement to completion of punch list items. The position oversees design, engineering, scheduling, estimating, staffing and purchasing, while monitoring job costs and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, quick-thinking, multitasking problem-solver.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
Contract initialization, including setting up projects, reviewing plans and specifications
Communicating directly with the Owner/Developers, their representatives, and subcontractors as it relates to project cost, staffing, and scheduling
Prepares project status reports while working to ensure that plans adhere to contract specifications and to assist with troubleshooting
Administers contracts, processes payments and change orders for Contractors and record in database
Develops and revises specifications as required
Ensures compliance with environmental and safety codes
Travels to job sites required
Qualification/requirements:
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related major, or equivalent. Continuing education in construction is highly desirable.
7+ years in construction with experience in a supervisory/management capacity required.
Estimating experience, a plus!
Experience with DOT construction and project estimating
Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets
Experience managing budgets for large construction projects
Strong leadership and organizational skills
OSHA training/certification
Viewpoint and HCSS software skills a plus!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
Contract initialization including setting up projects, review plan & specifications with Estimator and Project Manager
Understanding job cost and productions throughout project. This includes obtaining contracts, bonds and all necessary permits, i.e.. Road opening permits and associated signatures
Coordinate project changes and problems with superintendents, maintaining progress pictures of projects
Provide plans, scope of work including phase codes and change orders to superintendents
Solicit subcontract prices and review with project managers and then award subcontract agreements
Review, verify and approve subcontractor invoices, verify field measurements, etc.
Provide all correspondence with client/engineer to ensure all communication is documented properly
Provide traffic control plan as needed and review with necessary authorities, i.e. Police Officers
Coordinate invoices to customers, including follow-up, verification of payments, payment dates etc. Additionally, supply invoicing information to billing department, i.e.: meeting, dates, engineer date, etc.
Travel to job sites as required
